About 20 people showed up for the quarterly Cliff Drive Clean Up.  A few arrived early for a few laps of climbing on the vertical to overhanging limestone routes.  Bryan provided gloves and trash bags and split the group into three crews.  One crew cleaned up the cliff-side and road-side, one crew headed over to the pond, and the third crew headed up to the road up top.  After about an hour we reconvened covered in sweat, dirt, and mosquito bites.  Our pile of trash was as tall as we were and included many oddities:  glass, condoms, diapers, carpet, tires, chairs, clothes, bullet casings, etc..

I'd call the cleanup a raging success!  We also held a brief meeting to discuss next month's meeting:  Gear Swap and Potluck!  To be held at 6-9pm on Thursday, August 1st, at a park shelter TBD (contact us with ideas on where we should meet).  Bring gear you'd like to trade or sell as well as a food item to share.  Please bring reusable utensils/plate/cup to reduce waste.  Hopefully a slackline will also be set up!
